The Manufactures Standardization Society (MSS) has published a newly revised and enhanced Standard Practice, SP-58-2009, Pipe Hangers and Supports - Materials, Design, Manufacture, Selection, Application, and Installation.

This comprehensive Standard Practice combines all of the content of five Pipe Hanger and Support standards into a single document. MSS SP-58-2009 will serve as a complete guide for pipe hanger and support design, manufacture, selection, and installation, enabling the user to specify a minimum level of acceptance for pipe hanger design and performance, in addition to defining the types of hangers and supports.

For kitchen installations requiring water saving performance and style at a competitive price, Plumb Center offers the Nabis range of brassware, comprising both traditional and contemporary designs.

The range comes with flexible hoses, monobloc fittings and a choice of single lever or dual controls. The majority of single lever taps in the range feature a ‘click’ cartridge to encourage lower water usage, with a 50% reduced flow as standard, unless the user clicks the override to use 100% flow.

"The Nabis collection is ideal for those wanting a combination of style, value and performance, especially in terms of water savings," says Alan Stevenson, Trading Director, Plumb Center. "Our focus is on availability for our customer, value for money and stylish design for the end user, not to mention providing access to a whole range of sustainable products which have a positive impact on the environment:"
